It is that time of year again to announce our 2022 Annual General Meeting. This year we will be holding an in-person AGM and we have multiple executive and operational roles to fill.
Date and time: Sunday Oct 23, 2022 @ 7:00 PM
Location: 5820 59 Ave NW (Turf Training Centre)
We will have a draw for a free player registration for all those who attend to encourage our members to attend and see where they can volunteer. We have had some interest in a couple of the positions but can always use more support as we expect player registration numbers to grow next year. The AGM agenda is a Presidents report, Treasurer’s financial report and then elections of 4 executive positions and signing up of a few important operational volunteers. We look forward to seeing you Sunday evening at 7:00pm Oct 23.
Please note, our club still requires two volunteers for the GELC Fort Rd Century Casino, an alternate at 9am Oct 4 and a count room person at 11:30pm on Oct 5. Please reply with your support asap, thank you.

U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 & U17 all require division directors to create parity teams based on age, experience, position and reciprocal friend requests & parent coach availability. They are also responsible for the email communication to members in that division as teams are formed and the season gets underway. They will provide guidance and expectations of our members until handed off to coaches. It can help to work in a division their athlete does not play in to avoid any conflict of interest but we are willing to accept anyone who can demonstrate they are not fulfilling role for self-serving purposes. Director will organize and communicate with our members in that division. Once season is fully underway the director role time commitments are minor.
