It is that time of year again to announce our 2023 Annual General Meeting.  This year we will be holding an in-person AGM and we have multiple executive and operational roles to fill. 

We will have a draw for a free player registration for all those who attend to encourage our members to attend and see where they can volunteer.  We have had some interest in a couple of the positions but can always use more support as we expect player registration numbers to grow next year.  The AGM agenda is a Presidents report, Treasurer’s financial report and then elections of executive positions and signing up of a few important operational volunteers.
