Boston Pizza is back this year to help us recognize hard working Warriors this season. Player of the Week isn’t about the scoreboard — it’s about the Warrior spirit. Nominate the teammates who lead with effort, attitude, sportsmanship, and heart. The ones who cheer loud, work hard, and make our club better every day.

Deadline is Friday 5pm weekly.

Why are you nominating this player? (Please describe the specific actions, attitude, or impact that went above and beyond.)
In which core value did the player excel most

- Dedication/Work Ethic
- Community Involvement/Service
- Exceptional Performance in a Critical Moment
- A photo related to the player or the action. By submitting a photo, you confirm that the player’s family has given consent for it to be used in Warriors social media and website promotion.
